What is included in a realAccess™ subscription?

A realAccess™ subscription allows the member to research unlimited residential and commercial realRecords™, realComps™ Reports, and use the Advanced Search feature, all within their subscribed coverage area.

Can I change my realAccess™ subscription coverage to include more areas?

Yes. At any time throughout the year if a member requires access to data outside of their purchased areas, they may add subscriptions to those areas online.

How often is the data updated?

While some counties are updated daily, most sales are updated monthly, with approximately up to a 2 to 3 month lag time, depending on the county. Most assessment information is updated annually.

How can I search for sales or specific property types?

The Advanced Search allows members to search for sales and properties based upon their own desired combination of criteria using any fields contained on our search form.

Can I try out your service to see if it's what I'm looking for?

Yes. Real Info offers users two weeks of free access to try out our service and learn the benefits of being a realAccess subscriber. Fill out the Free Trial Membership request to set up your temporary account.

What if I forget my password?

You may retrieve your password by submitting a request using the "Forgot Password" option on our home page. You may also contact a customer service representative for assistance.

When attempting to log in, why do I keep getting an "Invalid/Incorrect Log in" notice?

A user receives this message for one of two reasons. The first is that the ID and/or password are being entered incorrectly. Double check your login, and make sure you are entering it correctly. If you still receive this notice, adjust the settings in your web browser to accept/enable cookies. If this option is disabled, you won't be able to log in to our website.

When attempting to log in, why do I keep getting an "Account is currently in use" notice?

By default, only one person per user license is allowed to access to at a time. Allowing other users access under your account may result in loss of member status. To secure additional licenses, please contact our sales department.
